My Story.

I was born and raised in the Austrian Alps before moving to Australia in 2009, a transition that expanded both my worldview and my understanding of identity.

With studies in Psychology and Media & Communication, I’ve always been drawn to the intersection of story and human behaviour, the unseen threads that shape how we see ourselves and the world.

Over the past decade, I’ve produced documentary-style films, podcasts and live experiences for values-driven organisations across culture, wellbeing and social impact. At the heart of every project is the same intention: to honour the human core of the story and articulate it with depth and integrity.

Becoming a mother deepened my own inquiry into identity and growth. It led me to expand my work into Human Design and psychological frameworks, tools that help individuals better understand themselves and move through life with greater clarity.

In 2020, I launched the Soul Sunshine Podcast, bringing together meaningful conversations on mental health, wellbeing and human potential. Today, the podcast reaches listeners in over 80 countries and continues to explore the stories that shape how we live, lead and grow.
